PK Landscaping began as a small crew of garden designers working on a handful of Jumeirah villas. Fifteen Years In Dubai
PK Landscaping started with a handful of designers working on private villas in Jumeirah, at a time when many landscaping companies in Dubai treated planting as an afterthought to construction. The brief on those early projects was simple but demanding: build gardens that still looked alive after the first brutal summer, not just on the day the client moved in. Solving that problem consistently meant bringing pool construction, hardscaping, irrigation design, and ongoing maintenance in-house rather than subcontracting each discipline separately, so that one team could be held accountable for how a garden actually performed over years rather than just at handover.
Water efficiency is not a marketing line for us; it shapes almost every design decision we make. We favour drought-adapted and native-adjacent species wherever the brief allows, specify drip irrigation zoned by actual plant need rather than a single blanket schedule, and increasingly recommend smart controllers that adjust automatically to weather conditions. On commercial and HOA projects in particular, getting water use right is often the difference between a landscape that meets Dubai's efficiency expectations and one that quietly becomes a recurring cost and compliance concern for the property owner.
Every project at PK Landscaping is run by a senior designer who remains the client's point of contact from the first site visit through to the final walkthrough, supported by a forty-strong crew of landscape architects, certified pool engineers, irrigation specialists, masons, and horticulturists.
